Honda Wash Systems India's Milk Can Scrubber machine is completely construced from 304 stainless steel body. The compatibility to maintain cleanliness of milk cans i.e. Both Aluminium and Stainless steel cans are well significant in Honda Wash System's can scrubber machine due to its heavy duty-construction and power mechanism.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
The Can scrubber machine is suitable to scrub both mechanically inside and outside surfaces including bottoms of aluminium and stainless steel milk cans. The standard sized of 40 liter's milk cans can be washed quickly and has no time limitations.

Notes : Nylon Scrubbing Brushes can be made according to smaller and longer size of Milk cans.

Milk Can Bath Space
The can bath is of robust construction fabricated with 2 mm thick stainless steel 304 confirming to AISI 430 standard with rigid formed top edge holds with the capacity of 425 liters of can bath space.
Drive Function
Drive is firmly mounted at one end of the bath with water tight removable cover. The brush drive shaft is extended through the end of wall with 80mm crimped nylon bristle brush and is fitted with scale to prevent access of water from the bath to the drive unit.
Drive System
Electric motor of 1 hp, 1440 Rpm, 3 Phase , TEFC degree of protection.
Gear box for reducing motor speed drive chain and other few accessories makes the smooth drive to milk cans to clean and glitter.
Mechanism Drive
Brush rollers fitted with appropriate SKF bearings provided on either sides of the Can scrubber machine and mounted firmly for power mechanism drive.
Nylon Scrubber Brush
80 mm of nylon scrubber brushes are of high quality and capable of cleaning all the inner and outer surface within a few rotations.
Note: Yellow and Black color nylons are also available.
Over and Drain Facility
Both the over flow and drainage connections are made from stainless steel and will release the dirty water within a minutes.
